Uplands gets a new practice website

In response to patient feedback, Uplands Medical Practice has a new and improved website.

A big thanks to our Patient Participation Group who have been putting the site through its paces and have agreed to continue helping us to shape it further over time.

A website is never done and there’s still some little bits to do here and there so please bear with us as you move around the site.

If you spot anything that doesn’t look right or there’s anything missing you would like to see us feature on the website in future, please send us an admin request form and Kirsty in our team shall take a look.
