3. Stay Up to Date with Vaccinations
As we enter flu season and with COVID-19 still present, don’t forget to book your flu vaccination or COVID-19 booster if you’re eligible. Protecting yourself and those around you is vital, especially during the colder months.
4. Plan for a Healthy Year Ahead
Set realistic health goals for 2025, whether it’s quitting smoking, managing a long-term condition, or adopting healthier habits. Small, consistent steps can lead to significant improvements over time.
Practice Hours Over the New Year Period
Please note that the practice will be closed on New Year’s Day. Normal hours will resume on 2nd January 2025. For urgent medical assistance while we’re closed, please call NHS 111 or visit your nearest pharmacy for advice on minor conditions.
