Patients may book Face to Face consultations online, Access the online appointment system or alternatively use the link at the top of this page (please ensure that you have registered for online services).

Please note our appointment system runs as follows:

Your initial call will be taken by a member of our team who will ask you for a brief description of your problem this is to enable us to direct you to the most appropriate clinician/service. If your problem is an acute one and you are unwell that day and it is NOT a routine appointment you will be offered a telephone triage appointment with the GP or an ANP and if needed you will be given an appointment the same day. If we have no availability for that day we may direct you to other services in the community who are there to provide care when we are unable to.

Our appointment book runs 6 weeks in advance for routine appointments these can be booked on line or at the surgery either by telephone or face to face. A routine telephone appointment can also be made in advance these are also usually 6 weeks in advance.

On line access enables you to order prescriptions and book routine appointments with a GP If you would like on line access please ask in surgery and we can advise you further.

To register for online services (which gives access to appointments and enables you to order your repeat prescriptions) please fill in the online form, you will then receive an electronic letter from your GP Practice to your registered email address (Please ensure that you check your Inbox and Junk Mail Box regularly for the letter).

Patients are advised that in order to activate and access your Repeat Prescriptions online, proof of identification will need to be presented in person at your GP Practice. This is photo ID and proof of address preferably a bank statement.

Should you experience any problems please refer to the Patient Frequently Asked Questions Guide.

  •          Telephone Lines are now open between 08:00 – 18:30
  •          Triage  The practice operates a triage system on a daily basis which is led by a team of Doctors and experienced Advanced Nurse Practioners. The purpose of ‘triage’ is to ensure that all patients are dealt with fairly by an appropriate member of the clinical team and to ensure that problems are dealt with urgently if necessary. Every day we run a service for patients who request an urgent same day appointment.
  •          Pre-bookable appointments  with doctors and Advanced Nurse Practioners are available to book online up to 4 weeks in advance.
  •          Pre-Bookable Telephone Consultations: can be booked in advance. As the doctor will have to fit these calls around their surgery you will only be told either the morning or afternoon and not given a precise time slot. Please ensure you give the right telephone number.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. Persistent failure to attend without just cause or notification may result in removal from the practice list.
