Our practice operates a complaints procedure as part of its dealing with the patient complaints which is in compliance with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal with all the complaints as quickly as possible and within 90 days.
The practice staff will assist you with the complaint’s procedure, if required, irrespective of race, age, disability, or background.
The patients are asked, that in the event of any complaint, to speak or write to Kirsty Howe, Operations Manager. Alternatively, please pass on your telephone number to a member of staff and an email will be sent on your behalf.
We also welcome any suggestions for service improvement and please do speak to us if you have any suggestions or views.
