Cancel Appointment

To cancel your appointment please reply ‘CANCEL’ to the confirmation SMS that you were sent regarding your appointment.

You can also cancel your appointment via the NHS app.

Alternatively, please call 0161 766 8221 (during opening hours).

Change Appointment

To change your appointment please call 0161 766 8221 and our reception team will help you.

Extended hours Appointments

There are several appointments provided on behalf of the practice at sites across Bury (Prestwich, Moorgate and Bury).

  • Monday to Friday 4 pm to 8pm
  • Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm

These include appointments with GPs, nurses, health care assistants, and pharmacists. These are ideal if you are working or prefer late afternoon, weekend and evening appointments, and can be accessed by submitting online consultation or calling the reception during working hours.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals.They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Home Visits

On average, visiting you takes four times longer than seeing you in the surgery. We also cannot offer the same range of medical services at your home. Home visits are only for patients who are housebound due to illness or disability.

If you think you may not be well enough to attend the surgery, please contact reception before 11 a.m. for advice.
